KALEAMYR supports customer-friendly return and refund services to ensure your satisfactory shopping experience.
Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for return, the items must be unworn, unused, intact, with all original tags and original packaging, and without any artificial damage, dirt, or wear marks.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following situations do not support return or refund: items worn for daily use, items with damaged tags or packaging, artificially damaged products, customized products, and final-sale discounted items.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service email within the return period to submit a return application and provide your order number and product photos. 2. Wait for our staff to review and send return instructions. 3. Send back the goods according to the specified address and keep the shipping receipt. 4. After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Rules
Once the returned goods pass inspection, the refund will be returned to your original payment channel within 5–10 business days. Return shipping fees are borne by customers unless the return is caused by our product quality problems or delivery errors.
Defective & Wrong Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery. We will provide free return, exchange or full refund services, and bear the corresponding return shipping cost.
